A busy Saturday

Saturday is my day off and family day! But the travelers ruined our plans this morning as we intended to take our son to the King Alfred to go swimming. However on getting to the car park, it was half full with caravans and no where to park. So we gave up and drove to Steyning as we heard about a lovely tea room there called Wiston Granary. Definitely worth checking it out if you are in the area. Very nice food, idyllic location and children can feed the chickens and ducks.

Christmas is getting closer, so I better start thinking about shopping soon! This year I’m determined to get more of my presents in Brighton and not relying on internet sites! Think local will be my motto over the holiday period. We went into The Brighton Open Market and had a look around the stalls and there was some really good live music playing. I really like the market at the moment and hope they can keep it growing.

Ive been working on a couple of things this week on the website. I’m just moving over to a new email provider and will be sending out newsletters, etc. Ive also created a guide for parents who are looking for things to do with their children when its raining. If you want a copy of the guide then just complete your details below.

Lastly I’m going to be writing an article about peoples thoughts about where to go for a decent coffee, food and atmosphere. Do you go to Costa, Starbucks or an independent coffee shop. If you have a minute I would really appreciate it if you would complete the quick six question survey.
